Background Acolyte Hybrids

Lurking in their infected hides, the Acolyte Hybrid await in the gloom until it is time to reveal their hissing, grotesque dehumanised forms. Their twisted features a disturbing creation between Purestrain Genestealers and humans. With the unnatural speed of their alien genetics and the intelligent cunning of humans, these hybrids are perturbingly formidable, screeching allegiance to their masters while raining fire from their pistols to oncoming enemies. For those that manage to break through the onslaught, the Acolyte Hybrids instinctively use their claws and close combat weapons to tear through them with no feeling of human emotion left.

Background Hybrid Metamorphs

Rumoured to be created when a Tyranid hive fleet is lured near a prey planet hosted by the Genestealer cult, the Hybrid Metamorphs are spawned from a cult’s latter cycles. Highly revered on the front lines in battle, these hybrids have limbs fused into deadly weapons with toxicity running through their alien matter. Hybrid Metamorphs have unnatural inhuman agility and speed that enables them to swarm in dangerously on the day of the uprising. With unearthly claws, sinewy tentacles and brutal talons they crush, scream and tear their way through everything in their path, an inspiration to the broodkin that worship them as sainted heroes of the cult.

Kit
This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble 5 Hybrid Metamorphs or Acolyte Hybrids, armed with autopistols, talons, blasting charges and rending claws. Included are hand flamers, a heavy rock saw, a heavy rock drill (with backpack), a heavy claw cutter and options for an Acolyte leader or a Metamorph Leader – this model can use one of 2 special heads, and can be armed with a bonesword.
